Our policy is to bring the art of delivering Foreign Exchange to individuals and businesses in a clear, concise and easily understood way. Too many customers are scared off by jargon or complicated language. The only reasons other firm’s use this is to confuse customers and therefore ensure they as a business put profitability before service. It is our mission to deliver to you a service that is not only better than our competitors and the banks but is also pleasant, polite, uncomplicated, easily understood and honest. The staff of Axia have gone through rigorous training to ensure they as individuals meet the high levels of quality we expect to give our clients. We as a group are committed to ensuring that any trade we do will not be done until the counterparty and us are sure that the deal is both in the best interest for the customer, at the right time and at a rate that will always beat that of the high street banks. Two words that we hope will soon become synonymous in dealing with Axia Fx are honesty and integrity, words that are not often used in the world of Financial markets. We are so confident of our ability to deliver a service that is far ahead of our competitors that we are committed to updating our client testimonials not once a year or once a month or even once a week but we have set ourselves a challenge that we will have a positive comment from a customer every single working day of the year.
Our staff are passionate about delivering a service that is applicable to you. Every customer will be treated exactly the same regardless of amount or needs. Part of their ‘customer focused’ outlook is to take away the stresses and strains of the customer so if you feel unsure about something or find some of the jargon difficult just ask and we will ensure you fully understand everything before any commitment on your part.
Our beliefs are geared to the fact that with over 100 years of experience we understand the markets and the needs of our clients. We are so sure of our ability to deliver the service we promise that we will be operating an open door policy from the MD downwards. Any customer who wishes to contact us for any reason can do so on info@axiafx.com and we guarantee some form of response within five minutes during working hours or by 9.00 am the following working day outside those hours. Our MD, David White is also contactable by e-mail, telephone or join him for a cup of coffee in his office. All communications to him will be answered as soon as possible.
All of our partnerships will be treated as such and our intention is to offer companies working relationships such as we have with Sigma and Bluefish.
