Regular Overseas Payments

There are many reasons why you may need to send money overseas on a regular basis. Perhaps you need to pay for a mortgage on your overseas property or maybe you live overseas and need to transfer a pension or salary to help you live overseas. Alternatively you may be living overseas and need to send money back home on a regular basis.

Having the time (and memory!) to go to your bank each month and pay all the fees and commissions is a hassle. That’s where the Axia Fx regular overseas payment plan can help.

The regular overseas payment plan removes the hassle and significantly reduces the cost of sending regular payments overseas. One phone call and one signature is all it takes to set up your regular overseas payments.

How it works

  1. Establish how often and how much money you need transferred.
  2. Your Personal Account Manager will then quote you one exchange rate that will be the rate on every money transfer for the duration of your overseas payment plan. Alternatively you may wish to set up a standing order each month and once we receive your money we can either trade it for you and send the money immediately or we can call you before doing so.
  3. If you are happy with this, your Personal Account Manager will ask you for the details of where you want us to transfer your money every month. Also, they will take details of the bank account from which you will be paying us to help set up the Direct Debit.
  4. The paperwork will be sent to you. All you have to do with this is check that the amount of money and dates are correct, the recipient bank details are correct and sign the Direct Debit form. We will then send this to your bank.
  5. Sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that you have set up all the regular payments you needed to for the foreseeable future.
  6. Once your plan expires, your personal dealer will contact you to let you know and see if you want to set up another regular overseas payment plan.

If you have any questions relating to this, or wonder how the regular payment plan can help your needs, please call your Personal Account Manager, or click here to request someone to call you back.
